Genesis Healthcare purchased SIMUL8 in March this year and they have already used it to implement successful changes.
Chuck Adams, Director, Lean Six Sigma said;
“We have been able to use the software to improve patient flow through an outpatient registration and lab draw area, which resulted in 85% of our patients serviced in 20 minutes or less.This is a significant improvement in that only 65% of patients were serviced in 20 minutes or less prior to the improvement.”
