This weeks Friday Tip was created by two of our users, who are explaining how variability in simulations can be made to make your process more like the real world.

It was put together by Dr Vincent Knight and Professor Paul Harper of Cardiff University and demonstrates the impact that variability (around the average) has on queueing systems.
