In February we told you about SIMUL8 supporting a team at the SISO Simulation Smackdown competition in San Diego. Now we’re proud to announce that the guys won an iPad for the best newcomer team!
Supported by NASA, the technology challenge was to collaborate with 15 teams around the world to take part in a distributed simulation using the IEEE1516 HLA architecture, which explores the Aitken basin on the moon’s surface. The team from Brunel/Exeter was supported by SIMUL8 and we’re so proud of the guys for doing so well!
