SIMUL8 at Wintersim

Just about to head back from Wintersim 2010, this year in the appropriately wintery Baltimore.

As always, the conference provided lots of interesting topics and learning points. This year we attracted swarms of people to our booth with our IPad display showcasing YouSIMUL8 – a world first in running simulations on the web. As a result many tongues were wagging as users and users-to-be considered the possibilities and asked: what-if?

Buddying up with our good friends Visual8, we had some amazing simulations to demo, showing attendees just how far they can take the product. A sales guy at heart, there’s nothing better than showing people SIMUL8 for the first time in a face-to-face setting – awesome fun.

The other great thing about Wintersim is that it brings together professionals, academics and suppliers in the field, meaning lots in common, fantastic camaraderie and a ton of information sharing.

We’ll be back next year, this time in the not so wintery Phoenix – who knows what new and wonderful technologies we’ll be showing? (we do 😉
