New Training for 2013: Lean Process Improvement with SIMUL8
We’re so excited to announce our new Lean SIMUL8 training course with Catalyst Consulting next month (February 12th-14th). Don’t worry if you can’t make those dates, next month is one of many Lean Process Simulation courses we’ll be hosting with Catalyst.
Our partnership with Catalyst has been amazing since day one, and it felt only natural that our next step was to create an innovative course that uses SIMUL8 software in a DMAIC framework to visualize Lean ideas. We say it was a natural next step for us because, well, Lean and simulation are a perfect fit.
At SIMUL8 Corporation we know that improving processes can be pretty risky, not to mention time-consuming and with simulation you bridge the gap between Lean theory and execution. Solution scenarios can be tested almost on the spot and risk-free! The training course will run over 3 days from February 12th to the 14th 2013 and we’re thrilled to say it will be held in the buzzing international center that is London, England!
