Improving Healthcare Webinar – Watch it Now

On August 28, SIMUL8 held the fourth online Workshop in our Improving Healthcare with Simulation series. The topic was “Using simulation to design new spaces and processes” and our presenter was our brand new US Lead for Healthcare, Brittany Hagedorn.

Brittany discussed how simulation can be used to design new spaces and processes, not just improve the status quo.

Calling on her experience as an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt and her work on a wide variety of performance improvement projects – many of which incorporated simulation – Brittany presented a case study that demonstrates the interconnected nature of pre/post surgery operating processes and inpatient census.
